The Mumbai Police may soon issue a non-bailable arrest warrant against Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan for hurting the sentiments of the Muslims. This after an FIR was lodged against the actor by a Muslim group by the name of Mumbai Aman Committee which took objection to Shahrukh Khan's controversial remarks about Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) in a recent interview to the Time n Style magazine.
Shahrukh had issued a clarification saying it was an printing error and said he did not want to hurt anybody. He also had added that that he believed Prophet Mohammad was one of the most important figures in history. His clarification however hasn't calm down the sentiments of the people and Bandra based businessman Khalid Babu Qureshi has dragged the actor and the magazine to the court.
Mumbai Aman Committee a Muslim group in Mumbai is quite upset with Shah Rukh Khan. They have objected to Shahrukh Khan's statements about Islam in a recent interview to a magazine.
According to the group the actor used unparliamentary language against the Prophet in the July issue of the Time and Style magazine, which hurt the sentiments of the community.
As per the reports, this group has filed a written complaint to the police asking them to register a case against Shah Rukh and slap him with the charges of intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace. Apparently a senior police official has also confirmed the news.
King Khan who is currently shooting for My Name is Khan in Los Angeles, says that he was misrepresented. SRK also said that being a Muslim standing up for the tenets of Islam is his most important agenda in life.

The words which he used for our Prophet (P.B.U.H) is not bearable to any muslim even from any non muslim and he is muslim. how he can say like this. he should be punished hardly if he said like this. so that others can be careful in future.

Named as a muslim and being a muslim are two different things.Is he muslim anymore? , no i dont think so. he must get hung for his act. i simply hate him. No one in this world has any right to do so. He will go to Hell.

I feel that if it weren't true what he said about Our beloved Prophet (P.B.U.H) then rather than busy doing shootings his 1st & most priority should be to clarify what he said & apoligise to all muslims of the world & do tauba...Him not saying anything is proof in its self!!! I was a very big fan of SRK but he has dropped in my eyes FOREVER!
