Today’s the birthday of our Bollywood’s Baadshah! And we wish him a hearty and joyful birthday!
Shah Rukh Khan stepped in the acting field through the small screen. Then gradually he made way into the big glittering world of cinema. Today the actor stands tall in the industry, overshadowing his initial days of ups and downs. Actor, Singer, Producer, TV Anchor, Ambassador. Shah Rukh’s career journey has impressively passed all the tests and weathers successfully. Last year, he was tagged as ‘one of the 50 most powerful people in the world’ by the Newsweek.
Now do we have to bring up his huge list of movies? Baazigar, Karan Arjun, DDLJ… Dil To Pagal Hai, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Mohabattein… Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Devdas… (Ooff missing out others!) Main Hoon Na… Chak De India… (Soo many memorable movies!) Om Shanti Om, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi… Phew! Our Baadshah gave us at least one hit per year, right? Then there is another set – Ad commercials! Mayur Suitings, Polio Campaigns, Sunfeast, Chyawanprash, Lux, Airtel… Shah Rukh miyaan chaa gaye hain puri disha mein!! And look at his list of co-actresses! But we adore him the best when paired up with bubbly Kajol, right? Let’s wait to see them together, after a long gap, in Karan Johar’s ‘My Name is Khan’, next year!
Yesterday Delhiites witnessed a grand event in Airtel Delhi Half Marathon 2009. SRK was there as the event’s ambassador and cheering to the excited participants and crowd.
Hope Shah Rukh has a dhamaal ka birthday today! May he keep on ruling the industry in the years to come… Chak De Shah Rukh! Kyun ki…Picture Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Dost … keep going!
